Explanation

Operator response
- Verify that you accurately entered the host name and port.
- Consult the trace log for more information about the cause of the failure.
- Make sure that the host name is the name of a computer that has the server software installed.
- Test connectivity to the network. If the network is down, retry the installation at a later time.
- Try connecting to the server directly through a browser. In the address field of the browser, enter the URL of the server, using the host name and port that you specified in the installation window. Example: https://servername.it.yourcompany.com:443.
