On the Managing Server side, check whether the data collector has joined the Kernel;
./amctl.sh kl1 status
to check whether the data collector component appears in the Kernel list. You can also check whether the data collector is configured properly, and the data collector server is restarted after data collector installation. To gather more information, turn on the data collector trace by entering (./amctl.sh dc trace).
