Step 9: Enter JMX variables - J2EE Agent
In the following window, enter the Java Management Extensions (JMX) variables.

Select the appropriate answers for the first two questions. Enter the host name of the J2SE host computer in the JMX Server Host field. Enter the computer's port number in the JMX Server Port filed.
Enter the user ID in the JMX Server User ID field and the password in the JMX Server Password field.
Click Next to proceed.
