Step 8 : Enter the NetWeaver server information - J2EE Agent
After entering the Managing Server directory location, you are prompted to enter information regarding the specific NetWeaver environment that you have installed on your computer.

Select the server version number of NetWeaver you are running in the NetWeaver Server Version field. Click Browse in the Java Home field and locate the JDK supporting the application server.
You should decide which installation type you want to use. For the explanation of the three installation types, refer to Three installation types of ITCAM for J2EE data collector for NetWeaver. Depending on your requirements, complete the steps in one of the following sections:
- Central instance installation
- Local dialog instance installation
- Distributed dialog instance installation
