Export data for problem analysis for Packaging Utility
You can generate a .zip file that contains data for problem analysis. IBM Software Support can use this file to help troubleshoot issues that you encounter with IBM Packaging Utility.
Procedure
To export installation data for problem analysis:
- In Packaging Utility, go to Help > Export Data for Problem Analysis.
- In the Export Application Data window, click Browse to select a directory location for the .zip file.
- Enter a name for the .zip file.
- Click OK.
Results
A .zip file that contains the installation data is created.
