Unsupported characters for the installation path

In the installation directory path for IBM Installation Manager, do not use these special characters:

Parentheses can be used on Microsoft Windows when there is a preceding space. In some cases, () might show in the default installation directory when you install a 32-bit package on a computer running a 64-bit version of Windows .
