Sample response files
We can use an XML-based response file to specify information such as silent installation preferences, repository locations, and installation profiles. Response files install packages silently and standardize the locations and preferences for the packages. These samples are provided primarily for review. For a response file that reflects your environment, file structure, and software preferences, record a response file and then customize the contents. For more information about recording a response file, see Record a response file with Installation Manager.
