Uninstall Installation Manager using imcl commands

After we uninstall all packages, we can uninstall Installation Manager using the uninstall command.

Uninstall all packages that were installed by Installation Manager.

Procedure

To uninstall Installation Manager, we use the same commands that we use for a silent uninstall process. See Uninstall Installation Manager silently.
