Approving a Service Delivery
The application provides a service delivery approval process that allows the agency to approve a service delivery before it is provided to the client. The purpose of this is to ensure that the service details are correct. For example, a case supervisor may wish to manually approve services that are scheduled by novice users. For services which use product delivery processing to determine eligibility, service approval triggers eligibility determination. For services which have no eligibility determination processing, service approval authorizes the client to receive the service.
Approval check functionality is also provided that allows agencies to define that a percentage of services submitted will automatically require approval by a supervisor. For more information, see Configuring Ongoing Case Management.
