Viewing Decisions over the Lifetime of a Case

When eligibility decisions are created at various points in the lifecycle of a case, a determination is created that groups these decisions together, allowing a case worker to clearly see what decisions are associated with a particular determination of client eligibility. The following views are provided to allow case workers to view determinations and decisions over the lifetime of a case: the current determination view, the determination history view, the graphical determination view, and the decision details view. Each of these views is described in the sections below.
