Configuring Services and Referrals

This section provides an overview of the information that is configured for services and referrals in order to create and deliver them at the integrated case level.

Note that the services used by service delivery and referral processing are configured in CPM as service offerings. Service offerings are the templates on which individual services created at the integrated case level are based.
