Business analysis > Curam Integrated Case Management Guide > Configuring Integrated Case Management

Introduction

This chapter provides an overview of the aspects of Curam Integrated Case Management that are configured as part of administration. Case workers can create and manage integrated cases, product delivery cases, services, and referrals when this information has been configured.

Integrated cases and product deliveries are configured as case types in administration. Information that is configured for case types include information that is common to both integrated cases and products. Additionally, information that is specific to products can be configured, such as important information that is used by the system to determine client eligibility and entitlement. The application also enables the dynamic configuration of product case types, rules, and the evidence types used to determine eligibility and entitlement.

For detailed information on individual configuration settings provided, see the Curam Integrated Case Management Configuration Guide.
