Based on the life event type, it may be necessary to alert the worker to important information. For example, if the client is having a baby and has active cases in the system this may impact their eligibility status or entitlement amount for benefits they are currently receiving. The system may display an alert to inform the worker that evidence changes for the pregnant person have been broadcast to the relevant cases. CCI provides the ability to configure the alerts that are displayed to the worker based on the life event type.
