Events and Manual Functions

The agency can configure whether PCR is invoked by an event, or manually invoked. PCR can be assessed when a defined event occurs during the intake process, for example application submission, or evidence activation. CCI provides a number of pre-defined events that an agency can leverage to invoke it's PCR rules (see Assessing Priority, Complexity, and Risk for an Application for more details). An agency can also configure users to be able manually trigger a PCR assessment, or manually enter the PCR classification for the application.
