Viewing Client Information across Agencies

The CCV displays client information across agencies providing caseworkers with a complete view of a claimant's claim history. Integration of information across agencies is facilitated by the Curam Case and Participant Index (CPI). CPI is a central data repository for storing and managing core participant details used in Curam and non-Curam systems. Using CCV with CPI, agency workers can quickly access a client's case history across agencies and view detailed information about family members stored across systems.
