Inviting Attendees to Activities

When a standard or a recurring activity is created, participants and users can be invited to the activity. All users that are invited to the activity are automatically notified by the system via their personal calendars and can accept or decline the invitation from there. Any conflicts between existing activities or meetings scheduled for a user and the planned activity are automatically displayed. The user can then choose to reschedule the activity or ignore any time conflicts that occur.
