Specifying Case Types for an Audit Plan
Case Audits can be conducted on specific case types, for example, a product delivery case of type 'Food Stamps'. When setting up a case audit configuration, the following must be done:
- The type of case for which an audit coordinator can create an audit plan must be configured.
- An algorithm must be selected.
- Selection queries that can be used in generating a random sample of cases for audit must be chosen.
- The focus areas that may be chosen to be addressed as part of any audit for that type of case must be selected.
