Refactoring in IBM Integration Designer
When you make a change to an application in Integration Designer using the Refactor operation, you can choose to automatically update any monitor models in the workspace that are associated with the application.
Refactoring includes changes to an event source name (module name, component name, interface name, or operation name), business object namespace, or business object name.
When you right-click and select Refactor in Integration Designer, you can preview the monitor models that will be affected by the refactoring action. By default, the check boxes for the monitor models are selected. When the change is made in Integration Designer, the same change is applied to the monitor model.
If the monitor model is not in a saved and consistent state (not able to be opened in the form editor) and you do not want the changes to be made, clear the check box. You can add the changes later as described in Synchronizing in the Monitor Model editor.
