Verifying access to the Advanced Hiring process application
If the Advanced Hiring sample process application is not already installed in the IBM Process Center, you need to import it.
You must be authorized to access the Process Center repository and open the Advanced Hiring sample process application. See Manage process applications for more information.
The Advanced Hiring sample process application is imported during installation. It should be visible on the Process Apps tab in the Process Center.
If you do not see it, use steps 1 to 3 in the following procedure to import it. The process application includes BPEL artifacts. If you do not see the artifacts from the BPEL service, follow steps 4 and 5.
Procedure
- In the Process Center, click Import Process App in the right pane.
- In the Import Process App window, select INSTALL_ROOT\BPM\Lombardi\imports\advanced-hiring-sample.twx.
- Click Import.
- The process application includes BPEL artifacts. You must activate the process application.
- In the IBM Integration Designer, click Open in Workspace from the Process Center perspective to open the Advanced Hiring process application. Click Refresh from Process Center to bring the BPEL process into your local workspace.
- Right-click the process application in Integration Designer and select Refresh and Publish so that the joint process application is available in the Process Center.
Results
The Advanced HR Open New Position process application appears on the Process Apps tab.
