Migrating your workspace
IBM Integration Designer provides the necessary tools to migrate a valid workspace (a workspace that contains at least one service project). This section provides information for migrating your WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition workspace.
To fully migrate a WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition workspace, there are three fundamental tasks to complete:
Procedure
- Prepare source artifacts for migration. These actions may need to be performed in WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition.
- Use either the Migration wizard or the WSADIEWorkspaceMigration command line script to migrate the workspace.
- Where needed, use IBM Integration Designer to complete the migration manually. This involves fixing any Java code that could not be automatically migrated and verifying the wiring of the migrated artifacts.
