Create business categories in the Business Categories widget
Use the Business Categories widget to create business categories.
You must have access to a page in a Process Portal space that contains both the Business Categories and Business Category Information widgets.
As a domain administrator, you are responsible for setting up business categories according to the business needs of the company. These business categories can also help business users to quickly search for human tasks of a particular type.
Procedure
- In the Business Categories widget, click Create from the Actions list. A new business category opens in the Business Category Information widget.
- Specify an identifier, and a name.
Results
The business category can now be leveraged by your enterprise applications.
