Assigning system roles
The BPMAdmin user can use the Security Roles widget to assign members to the BPMRoleManager role.
As BPMAdmin to assign a user or group to the BPMRoleManager role.
Procedure
- Log in as the BPMAdmin user and open the Security Roles widget.
- Click the BPMRoleManager role.
- On the right side of the page, click Add.
- Perform one of the following sets of actions.
Option Description To assign specific users or groups
- Type a name (or part of a name) in the Users or groups to search for field.
- To restrict the number of users or groups returned based on the search criteria, change the value in the Maximum result field. Set this value to 0 to return the entire result set.
- Click Search.
- From the list that is displayed, select one or more users or groups and click OK.
- When you have assigned all members, click Save.
To assign all members
- Select All authenticated.
- Click Save.
If that the role assignments are not saved to the database until you click Save. If you want to undo the changes, click Reset.
